phone numbers, credit card numbers and any other information is used
STRICTLY for internal purposes, and will never be shared, sold, or in any
way given to outside companies.
ONLY THOSE WHO SIGN UP BY FOLLOWING THE LINK ON OUR
PAGES WILL RECEIVE E-MAIL INFORMING THEM ABOUT SALES & SPECIALS. This is
an opt-in only list. We do not believe in sending unsolicited e-mail
(SPAM) and will only send e-mail to those who have signed up for the
mailing list, or to contact customers regarding orders.
The purpose of our mailing list is strictly to keep our customers informed
about specials and changes that may benefit them. We do
not plan to send more than one e-mail per week unless the warehouse issues
sales more often. Anyone who wishes to be removed from our mailing list may
follow the instructions at the bottom of the e-mail, or may send an e-mail to
admin@highlandapparel.com to be
immediately removed from our list.
Customer information and credit card numbers and are
transmitted to us over secure channels through our shopping cart. Only authorized
persons have access to these files through double-password protection.
Customers wishing to place orders without using our shopping cart may
print out an order form and fax or call in their order following the
instructions on the order form. All
credit card numbers acquired for orders that are out of stock and are not
processed will be destroyed, and not kept on file or in our office.
