


Q: At these prices, are these items
seconds?
A: NO! Our products come from reliable wholesalers with many locations to
allow the fastest shipping times possible. They are not seconds,
but the same high quality shirts that most specialty ad companies and
screen printers and embroiderers throughout the country use.
Q: Why was my credit card declined? - I know
it's good!
A: Our credit card processor is set to catch the
most common fraudulent uses for credit cards. The most common reason that
cards are declined is that the Billing Address that was entered does not match
the billing address (where your statement arrives in the mail) for the credit or
debit card. We also do not accept credit cards that are issued on banks
that are outside of the United States.
Q: If I use the Shopping Cart, How secure is
my purchase, and when will my credit card be charged?
A: We use Microsoft's bCentral for our shopping
cart. It provides a double password protected wall of security to access
credit card information. Your information is encrypted and very secure.
We do not charge your credit card until we check stock on your order, and know
that it is ready to be shipped. If we cannot ship your order exactly as
you ordered it, we will contact you before proceeding. See our

information is stored.
Q: Can I buy samples of these items?
A: Samples and low-quantity orders are welcome.
Be aware of our minimum on shipping on orders less than
$40.00.

Q: Do you provide Embroidery Services?
A: For orders of 24 or more pieces, Highland Apparel Company provides you with the
services you need from our production facility in Monterey, VA. Embroidery
and printing charges will be separate from the product order, and these charges will depend on
the complexity of the design and number of items that your are purchasing.

Q: How fast can I expect my order?
A: Blank goods will be shipped within 2 business
days. Suppliers are within 1-3 shipping days of most of the United States. Backorders and split shipments may
be necessary. Split shipments which must come from more than one warehouse may result in additional shipping charges. You will be notified
about changes in your order and given the opportunity to decide how to proceed before your order is charged to your credit card. Rush
service available at an additional charge, but you will need to call
in your order so that we will know where your order is being shipped from to the
most accurate information on the rush charges.
Q: If I sign up for your mailing list, are you going to
send me a lot of advertisements?
A: We will only send informational e-mails to our
mailing list when our specials change, or when we feel that there is a
significant change to the site that our customers would like to know about.
On average, our supplier posts new specials every 1 - 2 weeks. If at any
time you feel that we are sending too much e-mail, you can unsubscribe
automatically, or you may e-mail us at
